Francisco Ponce, 11, left and his brother, Alexis, 9, of Buckeye learn how to make ice cream in a bag, Mar. 25th, during the Buckeye Valley Museum seven annual ice cream social. The museum's recipe is ice cubes, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup rock salt, 1 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 pint-size locking bag and 1 gallon-size locking bag. Combine the ice and salt in the big bag, the other ingredients in the little bag. Close the little bag and place it in the big bag. Shake for about five minutes.
